StudioPrabandha — Terms of Use

About these terms
StudioPrabandha is provided by Binary Apple Systems, a partnership of Yaracharla Sujatha and Yaracharla Ramanjaneyulu. These terms apply to the StudioPrabandha Android app, not purchases of hardware or other services from our website.

StudioPrabandha helps a single photography business owner organize bookings, projects, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses and notes. Check names, dates, totals and recipients before confirming a document or sending a message.

Photography Network: free professional directory
Photography Network is for adults aged 18 or older and initially covers Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. It is free to use without a My Studio subscription. You may browse approved profiles and choose to submit your own. Google sign-in and a working internet/server connection are required in Network-enabled versions.

We provide introductions through a directory and contact links. We do not arrange or confirm Network jobs, act as an agent for either party, collect their job payments, charge a commission, or provide in-app chat. Professionals independently decide whether to work together and agree their scope, dates, prices, advances, delivery and cancellation terms. Confirm identity, availability and terms directly before paying or accepting work. Availability shown in a profile can be incomplete or out of date.

Profile accuracy and publication
Use accurate details about yourself and only photos or portfolio links you have permission to publish. Submit only contact information you are authorised to make visible to other signed-in users. Do not post private customer records. Your profile and phone number become visible after review; your email is used for authentication and administration and is not displayed in directory search results. Manual phone and email checks confirm those contact details only. They do not certify skills, equipment ownership, identity documents, reliability, or a successful work/payment outcome. We do not guarantee work, payment or a professional's performance.

Network rules
Fake identities, impersonation, scams, misleading qualifications, spam, threats, harassment, bullying, hateful content, sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, illegal activities and unlawful content are prohibited. Do not upload another person's private information without permission, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the directory to target people for abuse. These rules apply to profile text, photos and linked portfolios. You must accept these rules before submitting a profile in versions that display the rules acceptance step.

Reports, blocking and review
Use Report profile for suspected abuse or misleading content. Hide / block removes that profile from your own search results; it does not block external telephone calls or make your public profile invisible to that person. We review reports and may reject, hide, restrict or suspend profiles. Profile changes require review again. Do not evade suspension with a replacement profile. For urgent concerns or a moderation appeal, contact info@binaryapplesystems.com with enough information to locate the profile and explain the concern. Do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information. Emergencies should be reported to the appropriate emergency service as well as to us where relevant.

Privacy and account controls
Read the Privacy Policy before submitting details. Hide or delete your profile through the profile editor where available. For a suspended profile or full Google-linked app-account deletion, use Account deletion & privacy support or email info@binaryapplesystems.com from the relevant account. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Data retention and the limits of profile deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Responsibility
You are responsible for your profile, your own conduct and agreements you make directly. We remain responsible for obligations that apply to us as the service provider, including how we operate the directory and handle data and reports. Nothing here excludes liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Providing this directory free of charge does not remove those obligations.

My Studio trial
The free Network is separate from My Studio. In versions where enrollment is enabled, eligible new users can explicitly start a 30-day My Studio trial. Opening the Network does not start it. The trial is available once per Google account. Existing deadlines remain unchanged; signing out, reinstalling or deleting the access account does not restart the same account's trial. A different Google account may receive a separate trial. After the applicable trial ends, continued paid Studio access requires a valid subscription. Google Play displays the available plans and final price before purchase. Trial and paid access depend on verification and the released version; some restricted test builds do not enable My Studio access.

Financial totals
The dashboard uses received payments and recorded business costs to show cash-based profit. Unpaid customer amounts and vendor dues are separate. Home expenses are excluded from business profit. These summaries are not a tax filing or accounting certification. You remain responsible for the accuracy of records and any invoice or tax requirements applicable to your business.

Your records and backups
You retain control of the information you enter. Keep regular encrypted backups outside this phone and test that you can restore them. A forgotten backup password cannot be recovered. Device loss, clearing storage and uninstalling can remove local records. Confirm any replacement or permanent deletion carefully.

Optional third-party services
Google backup, WhatsApp, email and file sharing require the relevant service and its terms. Availability depends on your device, network, installed apps and provider permissions. The app does not automatically send customer messages. Reminder delivery can be delayed by Android battery settings.

Access and subscriptions
When subscriptions are active in the Google Play listing, the app offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing plans. Google Play shows the final price, taxes, available payment methods, billing period, renewal and cancellation details before purchase. Google Play processes payments and manages renewals. You can cancel in Google Play; access continues according to the subscription state and applicable Play terms.

Support
Contact info@binaryapplesystems.com for app help, profile reports, privacy requests and moderation appeals. Do not share your MPIN, device credential or backup password with support. If you encounter a problem, describe it without including unnecessary customer information. We may update these terms when app functionality changes; the updated date identifies the current version. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
